At present, GopherCore directly collect no data from players of the App.

We are provided with data from platform holders, including but not limited to Installs, Users, Average Frame Rate, Average Time Spent and average user rating. If you don’t wish to have this data tracked or sent to GopherCore, we recommend no longer using your device or contacting the platform directly.

How we may use the information we collect

To provide, operate, improve and optimize the App. To provide technical support and respond to your inquiries. To notify App users of updates. To comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes we may have with you or other App users. To learn more about how our products and services are used and similar analytical purposes.

We may share and disclose aggregated information about our users (i.e., information that does not identify any particular individual or device), for any lawful purpose, without restriction.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
